The Bristol encounter
During a visit to see my family in the UK in 2014, I found myself in the vibrant city of Bristol. While strolling through the mall, I stumbled upon a group of guys chillin' on a park bench. They had set up a sound system, and the infectious beats drew me in. Curiosity got the better of me, and I approached them. We struck up a conversation, and I ended up buying their sound system. The price was steep, but I knew it was worth every penny. The quality of the sound was incredible, and I couldn't resist the charm of the music and the guys' friendly vibes. Looking back, it's funny to think about how wired sound systems were the norm back then. But in that moment, it was all about the music, the people, and the thrill of a new experience. Kaz Tauranga
